The first use of fluoride as a weapon was in World War ll Nazi concentration camps. Allegedly, the Nazis used it against the Jews to make them stupid, docile, and not have any will of their own by putting extremely high doses of fluoride in the water. In our water it is at a safe, optimized level, however fluoride in extreme doses can lead to these effects. German soldiers had little concern of the effects it had on teeth. They used fluoride to sterilize their prisoners as well as keep them calm and under control. This may be one reason there was not much uprising inside the camps. 

CONCLUSION

Paris was given the Wonder Drugs, Miracle drugs….because you wonder what they would do to you, and it was a miracle if you survived.
